We had to change room but after that all was very good. Very clean. The hotel needs to be revamped as it looks a bit old fashoned.

I have stayed at this hotel regularly over the last five years, the prices seem to have decreased giving better value for money. It is comfortable, the rooms are large, bedding of good quality.
My concern is the same as always, the hotel staff, especially the receptionists can sometimes be a bit unwelcoming, austere, but they are efficient. This has never changed in several years. However it is a small issue and would not change my view that this is a good hotel.

The hotel is central to Zaragoza, near the Pilar which is a popular tourist attraction. Comfortable and relaxing.
Staff are pleasant but no more than that, not overly welcoming. I have stayed many times at this hotel for work and pleasure and it is a good hotel apart from the slightly abrupt staff.

The hotel is centrally located near shopping, sightseeing, and nightlife. The room we stayed in was very quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. And when the internet was having technical difficulty on that day, they allowed us into a backroom office to check emails. The reception desk personnel were multi-lingual, and very friendly.
Everything was fine.

The breakfast had an amazing spread of options that really catered to all tastes.
The shower had a persistent leak, made the bathroom floor slippery.

The rooms were modern, super clean, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was excellent, with a chef making on-the-spot omelets. The gym on the 10th floor had fine city views! Great location, too, with many restaurants nearby.

I was on a motorcycle tour of Spain and was staying in Zaragoza for one night. The hotel was easy to get to with secure parking for my motorcycle in a public parking garage below the hotel with direct access into the hotel from the car park. The staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient for walking into the city centre, it was quiet, the room was comfortable and had a good shower, there was no view but I didn't need one. All in all it satisfied my requirements.
